Goes with everytimg but I prefer Brinjal pickle. I was born into a large British Army family in Agra, India up until 1946. We moved to Australia and Indian food was hard to get for the next 15 years. Since 1994 when I took my wife to India for 6 months. That became very pleasant for her and we were there every year until Covid. That period we lived on Indian pickles and we moved to France a year ago and it the food that brings my life to enjoy Patak’s products. I must have eaten 200 jars of their foods. Kind regards, ancient Cliff. My Family spent 150 years in India, Soldiering, Engineering, Teaching, dying, in India. Every one of my family loved India. I am the Last of the Coverdale Family. I have a ‘Son’ living in Delhi and he has adopted me as Father of his Family.
